I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Golden Sun Boutique, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations as an environmental scientist with a keen eye for quality and sustainability. The air conditioning in our spacious apartment provided a refreshing escape from the heat, ensuring a comfortable retreat after exploring the nearby restaurants and old town of Malia, all within a short walking distance. I particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware and an electric kettle, allowing me to prepare light meals with locally sourced ingredients. The terrace overlooking the inviting pool area became my favorite spot to relax with a cup of tea, while I reveled in the tranquil surroundings. Daily housekeeping ensured our apartment remained spotless, and the complimentary toiletries were a delightful touch that made our stay feel truly indulgent. With friendly hosts like Katerina and Manolis, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, I cannot recommend this hidden gem highly enough.
